Remember having a balanced diet in your choice of snack is crucial in order to keep your diet in check. It is important to include a bit of carbohydrates and fats on top of your high protein and fiber snack.

Tuna

Some nutritionists have described tuna as pure protein because a medium sized cup of tuna can give you more than 35 grams of protein and that alone can keep you working for many hours. It is also rich in omega-3 and B vitamins.
